Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 „Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts“

1. General provisions

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the date the contract is concluded (for services) or the date the consumer receives the goods (for a gift card: the date the card is received).

The other party to the distance contract and the party responsible for refunds, regardless of the Drift Arena location at which the service was booked, is SIA „Drift Arena“, registration No. 40203320451, Visbijas prospekts 30, Rīga, LV-1014, because it provides online bookings, gift card sales and payment processing for all locations listed in the Contacts.

2. Gift cards

You may withdraw from a gift card purchase within 14 days, provided that neither the card nor any rides on it have been used. We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

3. Ride bookings for a specific time

Under Cabinet Regulation No. 255, subparagraph 22.12, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure services where the contract specifies a particular date or period of performance. Therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

If you cannot attend at your booked time, contact the arena before the session begins — where possible, we'll help move your booking to another time.

4. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Send either a notice in your own words or a completed form to payments@driftarena.com. Include the booking or order code and the email address or phone number used for the purchase. Sample withdrawal form:

5. Refund

We issue refunds without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
